Qualified Childcare Providers in Milwaukee, North Carolina

Located on Milwaukee's northwest side, Light of My Life Family Childcare is taking applications for full time child care providers. The shift openings we are hiring for is 1st shift (6am to 2pm, M-F) and 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm, M-F). Some additional mandatory weekend hours are also required. Shift start and end times do vary slightly at times and, as with any child care facility, work times are always dependent upon enrollment and attendance on any particular day. Potential employees with children may enroll their children for care during their work times as well provided there is space available. Only individuals currently qualified/certified to conduct child care in a family child care facility, with clear or non-disqualifying criminal background, and possessing a positive, self-motivated and independent attitude will be considered. Reliability is an absolute must. A responsible individual who is excellent with children and able to multi-task is also a necessity as you will be working alone with the children in care most of the time; therefore, you must be able to make sound decisions independently. You will also be responsible for your own daily curriculum and activities (lesson plan) with the children using the posted daily schedule as guidance. Again....Light of My Life is a Family Childcare facility; therefore, qualified individuals must have the necessary training to work in a family childcare setting which has slightly different requirements than group childcare.
