Overview
FirstPathway Partners (FPP) assists foreign investors in becoming United States citizens through the Department of Homeland Security Immigrant Investor (EB5) Program. As a Communications Associate you will become an integral part of our organization, bring foreign investment to the seven county Meto-Milwaukee area for the benefit of both investors and the local economy. This new rapidly expanding business offers future potential and great networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
·         Work hands-on with management to communicate with agents
·         Perform market research
·         Create, manage and present proposals
·         Assist the department with newsletters, website, blogs and other communications
·         Administrative duties including filing, travel/itinerary coordination and excel entry
·         Statement management
·         Certificate issuance and management
·         Online account access administration
 
Skills
·         Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
·         The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal direction.
·         Organization is a must.
 
Applicants with native or very near-native competency in either Chinese (Mandarin) with advanced knowledge of grammar, construction, and syntax will be given preference.
